据越南财政部消息，越南财政部副部长陈国方日前与彭博社亚太区总裁李冰（Bing Li）举行工作会谈，就金融市场发展合作、国际投资者对接以及2027年2027年亚太经合组织（APEC）领导人非正式会议活动筹备等交换意见。双方一致同意推动广泛合作，加强越南金融市场与国际金融市场的对接。

Theo Bộ Tài chính Việt Nam, Thứ trưởng Bộ Tài chính Chen Guofang mới đây đã có cuộc hội đàm với Bing Li, Chủ tịch Bloomberg Châu Á Thái Bình Dương để trao đổi quan điểm về hợp tác phát triển thị trường tài chính, kết nối nhà đầu tư quốc tế và chuẩn bị cho Hội nghị không chính thức của các nhà lãnh đạo Hợp tác kinh tế châu Á - Thái Bình Dương (APEC) 2027. Hai bên nhất trí thúc đẩy hợp tác sâu rộng và tăng cường kết nối giữa thị trường tài chính Việt Nam và thị trường tài chính quốc tế.

陈国方副部长表示，越南正在推动在胡志明市和岘港市建设两个国际金融中心。法律框架和组织模式已逐步形成，但要使这些中心有效运作，仍需在高质量人力资源、金融科技及与国际金融市场对接等方面具备诸多条件。这是连接越南与全球金融市场的国际门户，为国际资本更顺畅地流入越南以及从越南流向世界创造条件。

Thứ trưởng Chen Guofang cho biết, Việt Nam đang đẩy mạnh xây dựng hai trung tâm tài chính quốc tế tại TP.HCM và TP.Đà Nẵng. Khung pháp lý và mô hình tổ chức đã dần hình thành, nhưng để các trung tâm này hoạt động hiệu quả, vẫn cần đáp ứng nhiều điều kiện về nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao, công nghệ tài chính và kết nối với thị trường tài chính quốc tế. Đây là cửa ngõ quốc tế kết nối Việt Nam với thị trường tài chính toàn cầu, tạo điều kiện cho nguồn vốn quốc tế chảy vào Việt Nam và từ Việt Nam ra thế giới thuận lợi hơn.

在谈及越南主办的2027年亚太经合组织论坛时，陈国方副部长表示，财政部将主持包括副部长级、部长级财长会议及资本市场讨论会等多项重要会议。财政部希望彭博社参与其中，分享国际经验，提供媒体支持，助力将越南的各项倡议传播至全球金融界。

Khi nói về Diễn đàn APEC 2027 do Việt Nam đăng cai, Thứ trưởng Chen Guofang cho biết, Bộ Tài chính sẽ chủ trì một số cuộc họp quan trọng trong đó có các cuộc họp cấp thứ trưởng, bộ trưởng tài chính cấp bộ và thảo luận về thị trường vốn. Bộ Tài chính mong muốn Bloomberg sẽ tham gia, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm quốc tế, hỗ trợ truyền thông và giúp lan tỏa các sáng kiến của Việt Nam đến cộng đồng tài chính toàn cầu.

陈国方副部长还表示，财政部正在制定越南金融市场发展方案，希望彭博社在方案完善过程中分享国际经验。该部愿意与彭博社配合，促进国际投资者与越南市场对接。

Thứ trưởng Chen Guofang cũng cho biết, Bộ Tài chính đang xây dựng kế hoạch phát triển thị trường tài chính Việt Nam và hy vọng Bloomberg sẽ chia sẻ kinh nghiệm quốc tế trong quá trình hoàn thiện kế hoạch. Bộ sẵn sàng hợp tác với Bloomberg để thúc đẩy kết nối giữa nhà đầu tư quốc tế và thị trường Việt Nam.

李冰总裁表示，2026年标志着彭博社在越南运营30周年。彭博社不仅希望在当前阶段继续与越南同行，还期待在金融科技、人工智能、教育、市场发展和金融社区建设等多个领域与越南开展更长远的合作。

Chủ tịch Li Bing cho biết, năm 2026 đánh dấu kỷ niệm 30 năm Bloomberg hoạt động tại Việt Nam.
