潘文江大将在仪式上指出，越南首批国产铝锭的问世是冶金工业发展的重要里程碑，也是落实党和国家关于铝土矿开发、氧化铝加工、铝冶炼及深加工产业发展战略的积极成果，将为增强国家经济自主能力注入新动力。

Đại tướng Phan Văn Giang chỉ ra tại buổi lễ rằng việc xuất xưởng lô nhôm sản xuất trong nước đầu tiên tại Việt Nam là cột mốc quan trọng trong sự phát triển của ngành luyện kim. Đây cũng là kết quả tích cực của việc thực hiện các chiến lược phát triển của Đảng và đất nước về phát triển bauxite, chế biến alumina, luyện nhôm và công nghiệp chế biến sâu, đồng thời sẽ tạo động lực mới để nâng cao tính độc lập kinh tế của đất nước.

他强调，越南拥有约58亿吨铝土矿资源，储量位居世界前列，主要分布在西原地区。推动铝土矿资源深加工、发展高附加值铝产品、提升资源利用效率、加强环境保护并减少进口依赖，是越南长期坚持的发展方向。

Ông nhấn mạnh, Việt Nam có trữ lượng khoảng 5,8 tỷ tấn tài nguyên bauxite, trữ lượng thuộc hàng top thế giới, phân bố chủ yếu ở vùng đồng bằng miền Trung. Đẩy mạnh chế biến sâu nguồn bauxite, phát triển các sản phẩm nhôm có giá trị gia tăng cao, nâng cao hiệu quả sử dụng tài nguyên, tăng cường bảo vệ môi trường, giảm phụ thuộc nhập khẩu là hướng phát triển dài hạn của Việt Nam.

Ông cũng yêu cầu chủ đầu tư dự án là Công ty TNHH Luyện kim Chen Hongjun tiếp tục đẩy mạnh xây dựng dự án theo kế hoạch, đảm bảo hoạt động sản xuất ổn định, nâng cao lợi ích kinh tế và chú trọng bảo tồn năng lượng, giảm phát thải và bảo vệ môi trường sinh thái trong quá trình sản xuất.

据介绍，经过11年建设，位于仁基工业园的多农电解铝厂一期工程已正式投产，年产能为15万吨铝锭；二期工程建成后，总产能将提升至30万吨，计划于2026年第四季度投运；三期工程完成后，总产能将达到45万吨，预计于2027年第一季度建成。

Theo báo cáo, sau 11 năm xây dựng, giai đoạn 1 của Nhà máy Nhôm điện phân Duonong đặt tại Khu công nghiệp Renji đã chính thức đi vào hoạt động, với công suất sản xuất hàng năm là 150.000 tấn nhôm thỏi. Sau khi hoàn thành giai đoạn 2 của dự án, tổng công suất sản xuất sẽ nâng lên 300.000 tấn, dự kiến sẽ đưa vào vận hành vào quý 4 năm 2026. Sau khi hoàn thành giai đoạn 3 của dự án, tổng công suất sản xuất sẽ đạt 450.000 tấn, dự kiến hoàn thành vào quý 1 năm 2027.

Nhà máy nhôm điện phân Đơn Nông là dự án thí điểm điện phân nhôm đầu tiên của Việt Nam và là một phần quan trọng trong chuỗi công nghiệp nhôm Việt Nam. Dự án nhằm thực hiện triển khai chiến lược của Bộ Chính trị Trung ương Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam về phát triển ngành công nghiệp bauxite, alumina và nhôm, giúp tỉnh Lâm Đồng trở thành trung tâm công nghiệp nhôm của Việt Nam.

据介绍，该厂生产的铝锭纯度达99.71%，采用500千安（500kA）大型预焙电解技术，可为汽车制造、机械加工、电气电子、建筑、新能源及航空航天等高附加值产业提供重要原材料保障，兼具满足国内市场需求和开拓出口市场的能力。
