近年来，越中两国货物运输需求持续增长。除了公路和海运之外，铁路运输凭借运量大、运输时效稳定、受天气影响小、运输成本具有竞争优势等特点，正逐步展现其发展优势。尤其是跨境电子商务快速发展以及全球供应链多元化趋势，为铁路物流创造了广阔的发展空间。
Những năm gần đây, nhu cầu vận chuyển hàng hóa giữa Việt Nam và Trung Quốc không ngừng tăng trưởng. Bên cạnh vận tải đường bộ và đường biển, vận tải đường sắt đang dần thể hiện những lợi thế phát triển nhờ những đặc điểm như khối lượng vận chuyển lớn, thời gian vận chuyển ổn định, ít bị ảnh hưởng bởi thời tiết và chi phí vận chuyển cạnh tranh. Đặc biệt, sự phát triển nhanh chóng của thương mại điện tử xuyên biên giới và xu hướng đa dạng hóa của chuỗi cung ứng toàn cầu đã tạo ra không gian phát triển rộng lớn cho ngành logistics đường sắt.
中国河北省至越南国际铁路运输线路的发展便是一个典型例证。该线路开通运营一年多以来，已累计开行43列班列，运输货物总价值约3410万美元。运输时间由原来的20多天缩短至约5至7天，运输货物种类也扩大至30多个品类，为两国进出口企业提供了更多物流选择。
Sự phát triển của tuyến vận tải đường sắt quốc tế từ tỉnh Hà Bắc của Trung Quốc đến Việt Nam là một ví dụ điển hình. Kể từ khi tuyến được đưa vào sử dụng cách đây hơn một năm, tổng cộng có 43 đoàn tàu đã được vận hành, vận chuyển hàng hóa với tổng giá trị khoảng 34,1 triệu USD. Thời gian vận chuyển đã được rút ngắn từ hơn 20 ngày xuống còn khoảng 5 đến 7 ngày, đồng thời loại hình hàng hóa vận chuyển cũng được mở rộng lên hơn 30 chủng loại, mang lại nhiều lựa chọn hậu cần hơn cho các công ty xuất nhập khẩu của cả hai nước.

Ông Du Xiongxiong, Phó tổng giám đốc Công ty Cổ phần Vận tải Đường sắt Việt Nam (Traravico), cho biết, giá trị của tuyến vận tải đường sắt quốc tế này không chỉ thể hiện ở việc giảm hiệu quả thời gian và chi phí logistics mà quan trọng hơn là nó từng bước xây dựng kênh logistics ổn định kết nối Việt Nam và miền bắc Trung Quốc.

Ông Du Yingxiong cho biết: "Vận tải đường sắt có ưu điểm là vận hành ổn định, không dễ bị ảnh hưởng bởi thời tiết, ùn tắc cảng. Đặc biệt thích hợp cho việc vận chuyển container, máy móc thiết bị, phụ tùng, nguyên liệu thô và hàng hóa thương mại điện tử xuyên biên giới. 为满足不断增长的运输需求，越南铁路运输股份公司及其中方合作伙伴计划实现年运输约1500个标准集装箱（TEU）的目标。杜英雄先生表示，该公司将继续扩大货源组织，提高物流服务质量，优化班列运行时刻，并研究将运输线路由河内安员站延伸至越南中部和南部地区，进一步扩大服务覆盖范围，为更多企业使用国际铁路运输创造便利条件。
Để đáp ứng nhu cầu vận tải ngày càng tăng, Công ty Cổ phần Vận tải Đường sắt Việt Nam và các đối tác Trung Quốc dự kiến đạt mục tiêu vận chuyển khoảng 1.500 container tiêu chuẩn (TEU) mỗi năm. Ông Du Yingxiong cho biết công ty sẽ tiếp tục mở rộng tổ chức cung ứng, nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ logistics, tối ưu hóa thời gian chạy tàu, nghiên cứu mở rộng tuyến vận tải từ ga An Nguyên Hà Nội đến miền Trung và miền Nam Việt Nam để tiếp tục mở rộng phạm vi dịch vụ và tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho nhiều công ty sử dụng vận tải đường sắt quốc tế hơn.
然而，实际运营情况也表明，国际铁路联运的发展潜力尚未得到充分释放。越南铁路运输股份公司发布的数据显示，2026年上半年，国际铁路联运运输量为8310辆车，仅相当于上年同期的67%；货运量超过26.9万吨，实现营业收入363亿多越盾，相当于2025年同期的98%。尽管运营效率有所提高，但传统货源持续减少，仍对运输规模增长造成影响。
Tuy nhiên, điều kiện vận hành thực tế cũng cho thấy tiềm năng phát triển của vận tải đường sắt quốc tế vẫn chưa được giải phóng hết. Số liệu do Công ty Cổ phần Vận tải Đường sắt Việt Nam công bố cho thấy, nửa đầu năm 2026, sản lượng vận tải đường sắt quốc tế là 8.310 lượt xe, chỉ bằng 67% cùng kỳ năm ngoái; sản lượng vận chuyển hàng hóa vượt 269.000 tấn, doanh thu hoạt động đạt hơn 36,3 tỷ đồng, bằng 98% cùng kỳ năm 2025. Mặc dù hiệu quả hoạt động đã được cải thiện nhưng nguồn hàng truyền thống vẫn tiếp tục giảm, vẫn tác động đến tăng trưởng quy mô vận tải.
杜英雄先生指出，目前最大的瓶颈在于国际铁路联运管理机制尚未充分契合铁路运输特点；设有海关查验监管功能的铁路车站数量有限，拼箱仓库（CFS）和保税仓库等配套设施尚不能满足实际需求。此外，可通过铁路口岸办理通关手续的商品目录仍少于公路口岸，双向货源也尚未实现平衡。
Ông Du Yingxiong chỉ ra, điểm nghẽn lớn nhất hiện nay là cơ chế quản lý vận tải kết hợp đường sắt quốc tế chưa hoàn toàn thích ứng với đặc điểm của vận tải đường sắt; số lượng ga đường sắt được trang bị chức năng kiểm tra, giám sát hải quan còn hạn chế, các cơ sở hỗ trợ như kho gom container (CFS), kho ngoại quan chưa đáp ứng được nhu cầu thực tế. Ngoài ra, danh mục hàng hóa có thể thông quan qua cảng đường sắt vẫn ít hơn tại cảng đường bộ, nguồn cung hàng hóa hai chiều chưa được cân đối.
